Caeleb Dressel Wins Eighth Gold Medal As Anchor Of US Relay Team

All He Does Is Win Gold Medals

NANTERRE, France - The US Men opened up the Paris Games with their third consecutive gold medal in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay Saturday. Swimmers Jack Alexy, Hunter Armstrong, Caeleb Dressel, and Chris Guiliano rolled to a victory in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay on Saturday to give the United States its first gold medal of the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Dressel, who is also a new father, anchored the team to victory. It was his eighth gold medal in international competition, and his third in the 4x100m freestyle relay.

Dressel has been open about the challenges of being a new father while training for the Olympics. He has said that he has had to adjust to unpredictable routines, sleepless nights, and even learning to swaddle.

But despite the challenges, Dressel has continued to perform at a high level. He is one of the most successful swimmers in the world, and he is a major contender for more gold medals in Paris.
